Kitchen & bath towels, bedding (sheets/pillows/blankets), paper towel & toilet paper. Bring an extra fan if desired (we supply one per unit).

Dishes, cookware, garbage bags, coffee maker & filters, cleaners, dish cloths/soap, propane, firewood & safe well water for drinking & bathing.

Only if you need extra parking, have day visitors or dogs ($25). An extra boat slip if available is $35.

Nearby Beer/LCBO: LCBO Westport, Circle K Westport, Westport Brewing Co., Scheuermann’s Winery, LCBO Verona (inside Foodland). 

Friendly pups are welcome in the Cabin units if house trained, leashed & calm. Owners are responsible to keep dogs off furniture, pick up after your pet & control barking- remember, guests come here for a peaceful stay. Pet fee: $25 covers your entire stay. No other animals permitted.

Yes we do. In Fall however, as water levels drop, you may have to use the launch up the road from us (1km) at Twin Oaks Camp. Irwin’s docks will be in the water and usable until the 3rd Saturday in October.

Yes, boat trailers will be stored right on site during your stay.

Payments are made via e-transfers or online invoice.

After deciding on dates and a unit, you must contact us directly via email or phone to book.

Yes, we have 4 small fishing boats and 2 pontoons we rent to both guests and those staying elsewhere on the lake.

Yes, Rogers (Verizon for American guests) works great. Bell tends to work at the firepit area. All others are spotty. Certain phones allow for calling over the wifi signal which works well.

Yes, every unit has a private sink and toilet.

Campers, the Upper Deck & Walleye Jim’s have showers as well. Cabin guests bathe in the shower hut on site.

Half of our units have hot water. Cabins 1,3,4,5,6,7 do not, and so kettles are provided for boiling.

We have a garbage and recycling centre on site for guest use. Please bring all waste here before departure.

Yes, all unit taps & showers use water from our well (not the lake!). We use a UV filtration system, and water samples are tested regularly as per Public Health code.

Up to 51wks ahead. If looking to book for next year, please wait until your arrival date has passed this year, before inquiring.

Yes, drip style. We supply the filters.

Yes, every unit has a bbq and we supply the propane.

We have one, big, communal fire pit. Anyone can make a fire or join one. Axe & wood provided. No fires if conditions are windy, or a fire ban is on (we will notify guests).

Space is very limited at our camp- we ask that your vehicle & trailers also be ‘checked out’ by 10am to ensure we can properly maintain both the units & grounds between guest stays

Needless to say, Irwins Cabins is the best place to be for 2 weeks every year.
